How much time does CIC give the person to submit the additional documents (before Meds) and does this happens after transfering the file to local consulate??
And what kind of documents is usually requested?

1. If it is a new application (submitted after Feb/08) you are supposed to have submitted a complete application. If not the CIC/CHC will make a decision based on what you have submitted.
