in process means your background checks are on, MR is issued only upon successful completion of bg checks Smiley
have patience , you will receive your MR soon !
for more info pls go thru older posts of some eminent forum members here like qorax,saki,etc

have u checked your email? they send email when estatus change to in process. if not email you should get medical in post soon.
