Hi,

In terms of tie to my home country proof when I apply for my visitor visa to Canada, if my mother write a document stating that she will give me one of her properties, does it count?

Otherwise, is there any way to proof it? Can I just say that I will come back, that I wont stay illegally.

No, you have to show you have either property, family, a job, attend school in your home country to show ties.

Isn't it the property given by my mother is my property?
