Will my application get affected by my common-Law partner?

Hi Guys,

So I received my provincial nominee, and am about to send my PNP immigration application.

As my common law partner will be a dependant applicant, I am afraid that lack of evidence will affect my application. If that's the case, will my application get rejected as well?

BTW, what did you provide as proof of common law relationship? Thank you guys and GOOD LUCK!!

You guys are married right?? Then I believe a Marriage Certificate would suffice. Translate the same if its not in English/French though. Good luck.

Thank you for your reply. We are currently in a conman law relationship..we may lack of evidence proofing this relationship, is it gonna affect my application?
