What's process time for parents and their dependent children in New Delhi for Canada

Hi
I had sponsored my parents and my brother and sister in July 2011 For Canada. The file had sent to new Delhi to assess their eligibility. Their 1st medical was in June 2016 and again they did in June 2017. How long the process time for parents and their dependents in New Delhi?? Does anyone have idea??
Please tell me if anyone has experience, I will really appreciate it.
