I have enough points to apply for CEC, I did 2 years masters in Canada and have a PGWP now for 3 years. I have worked for 1 year in an NOC B job. We tried applying spousal open work permit for my spouse but it got refused. Now I will apply for PR and spouse as my dependant. My question is:
She has done bachelors in radiology but she doesn't have WES evaluation yet, can I apply for PR by putting her as a 3 year diploma person but do WES evaluation later on, Can i in fact not show this education of hers and proceed without it as we have enough points already to be approved, please advice. hiding education can result in misrepresentation?
