WES FSWP Credential Assessment Application

Hi All,

I am applying for WES FSWP Credential Assessment , On personal Information Page(TAB),
First three fields are:
1)First (Given) Name *
2)Second (Middle) Name
3)Last (Family) Name *

here First name and Last Name are mandatory fields(Required) , but on my Passport and on any other document that I have,
I only have First name "AAA" and last name(Family name / surname) is blank,

I didn't find any help regarding this on WES assessment site.
Please suggest what should I fill in these 2 fields.

- First (Given) Name * is your First/Given Name
- Second (Middle) Name Leave this empty. No need to fill this
- Last (Family) Name * Write your family name or "zaat" (in urdu) as it shows on your NIC or Passport

If your name in passport is X Y. Than put X as first name and Y as surname. You don't have any middle name.

Hi FSWCIO,

I have only Given Name. There is no Middle Name or Surname. So, what should i fill in Surname as it is a mandatory field.

eg. My Full Name is "Aqsa"

Hello John,
This is salim here. I am lil confused about WES. I have applied for my ECA and I am right now in canada. Secondly my issue is, i have submitted my bacheors of engineering ertificate and they have accepted it. but they have reject my mark sheets as they are not attested. thirdly they have rejected my transcripts which from my college. So the only they need is photo copy of my engineering marksheets which should be attested by institution of education (That is Mumbai university i guess and not my college). so how can i apply from here for my attested marksheet from university and what document do i need to send to university soa s to get the attested marksheet and whast the payment method. i do have my cousin and parents in india. so please if you can guide

Hi Guys,
I am about to register for ECA/WES application. Has some one faced this issue recently?:

in my passport there is only Given Name and No Family name/ Sirname (it is blank). however, in WES application both given name/First name & Last Name/FamilyName/SirName field are Mandatory.

Please could you suggest, how to fill the WES form to avoid any issue in furture (as my passport, IELTS all are with Given Name only, there are no sirname mentioned there)
