I was rejected for 3 points:
  1. personal assets and financial status
  2. travel history
  3. purpose of travel
I was wondering if I have a car for me can I mention it in my application as a personal property asset? is it a good proof?

Yes, you can. It is a good place to start.

Do you know if I traveled just one time is it enough for travel history?
No. One travel barely makes a history.

They are also looking for approvals and short trips (track history of returning to your home country and not overstaying past the authorized time) to visa-required developed countries/continents like the US, UK, Australia, Schengen/Europe.

so if I travel to a country example "turkey "and then returned to my country it is enough right?

No, it is not. Like I said, one travel does not establish a pattern or history, which is what IRCC is looking for. Turkey--and other countries in that region--isn't also the type of country they are looking for. The list of ideal countries, I already mentioned in my previous post.

Travel history is not the only reason to reject or accept an applicant. Many people also get accepted for TRVs without ever having travelled before, but it depends on the entire case. You may want to work on other ties in your application instead.
