Hello there!
We want to come to Canada as visitors to find an employer . Is it possible to my husband to study at truck drivers school and then find employer who will make documents for his employer driven work permit? One thing my husband doesn't have truck driving experience ( he was working in this area but not driver of such big vehicle)
Please help us to understand the chances is it possible?

It's highly unlikely you will be successful. To hire your husband, the employer must go through the LMIA process which is very long and expensive. Most employers aren't willing to go through this process. Also, for the LMIA to be approved, the employer must advertise the job for at least a month to prove no Canadian with the right experience could be found for the role and this is why the employer has to hire your husband. It's going to be extremely difficult for the employer to show this if your husband has no experience with big vehicles. Having said that - he can certainly try.

You should also be aware that if you husband is successful in obtaining a job and work permit as a truck driver, this will not allow you to live or work in Canada. You will have to leave Canada and return home at the end of your visit.
