I was wondering if anybody knew if experience is counted towards the year requirement if vacation pay for this was postponed?
I took 3 weeks and 1 day holiday in the year, 1 week of this was paid at the time and another week was paid upon me leaving as I had to accrue the holiday time. Will this later paid vacation be counted toward my experience? My boss has put it in my reference that this was how many days of vacation pay I received and what for.
If I worked 54 weeks and 3 days and took 2 weeks and 1 day of unpaid leave, with 1 week of paid leave have I still made the minimum 1 year criteria?
