Your question makes no sense. What do you mean by "really works"? The green card is the US equivalent of Canadian permanent residency. If you are interested in a green card, you will have to research what it takes to qualify to apply (there are many different streams). And of course there's a fee. If you don't want to do this research on your own - time to hire a lawyer to help you.
