Urgent : Q's on Filling Forms..

Hi all,

I have some questions on the citizenship application forms
1) Do I need to get the police clearance for Canada as part of application and before sending the application form ? Also, I was in USA since Aug 2012-Aug 2013.
form says provide Clearance in the four years before application. Just clarify...counting down from 2017,2016,2015,2014,2013 ..Aug 2012 become PR
2) For Work and Education History..it asks for 6(six) years or since the date of becoming PR, whichever is most recent..and Same for Home Addresses. In my case year of PR is 2012..so these information should be listed since 2012 ?
3) Language Proof : Is Expired IELTS (general) still valid ?

1. No, not in your case. Only if you lived outside in same country after Sep 2013 for at least 180 days in total.
2. Yes, start from 2012 when you became PR
3. Yes, still valid
