I have received letter from Canada Embassy on 4th May to submit passport for Confirmation of Permanent residence. Unfortunately, I am not able to do within the time frame as I have a business travel scheduled. Have sent 2 mails & tried to contact them through fax, but there is no reply coming from Embassy. Not sure what to do?
