Sole applicant. FSW filed application on 14 Aug 2017. received request for further docs: IMM5475 Release of info. Filled it out, signed it. Filled my brother's details. But after a few days, received another request for further documents which is showing as "Replacement Needed" in the Upload Documents page. But not sure what I should do different, or what I did wrong the first time uploading it.
The only thing I seemed to have left out is:
"If you have already submitted this application: (which I have)
Name of Office where application was submitted
Location of Office "
which are both blank. Because my app is online, so thought this was unneeded.
Also, there is only one space for signature, where I have signed as applicant. Brother's signs are not there.
HELP!
