Uploading CSQ to spousal sponsorship application?

Hello all,

I applied for my husband's spousal sponsorship application end of March, app received March 30, SA on April 20, and file was transferred to Vienna on June 30. As I reside in Montreal, we needed to apply for his CSQ, which we received on the 25th of May. On the letter from the Quebec government, it stated that they have communicated to the Vienna visa office that they have issued his CSQ, and that the IRCC *might* request us to submit the CSQ via gckey. We have not received any requests to upload it on our online file, and it has been almost 5 months since we received the CSQ.

My question is: Have any of you (Quebec residents) received DM without having uploaded the CSQ?

When I applied, I received AOR1 stating to apply for CSQ.. Then I had to MAIL it to CIC...You can try mailing them if you can't upload it, there is nothing to lose. And i'm pretty sure you won't get DM until they won't have your CSQ because you will need it when you land...
