Does anyone know if an employer can apply for this for an inland worker who's work permit will expire soon or is already expired?
I understand the 2 weeks work permit won't apply if the employee is applying inland. But might the LMIA be processed in 10 days?

This new stream seems a bit confusing right now. There isn't lots of information about it and the available one isn't very clear.

Good Day, I wanted to know if I was a apply to get a valid job offer under the global talent stream would this mean I would receive an auto invitation to apply? Also, would my common law partner be able to receive a work permit along with me the same time? Thanks in advance.
