My mother will be in her home country for a while and she will be applying for a supervisa from there itself. She has a canadian visitor visa. Since, her stay in her home country will be close to the processing time for supervisa, she may get the approval while she is back in Canada on her normal visitor visa.
As soon as she gets her approval, can she send the passport to CPC - Ottawa for the visa stamping, instead of her home country?
