still didnt get RC62 !!??

hi, this is my first year in Canada and I was preparing my tax return file and the accountant who are helping me in this told me that he need the RC62 and this suppose to be sent to my mail address but till now I didn't get any thing ??

one more question, am the only one who work in my family, my wife receive the child benefit for our 2 kids, so what else we need rather than my T4 and the RC62 ?

1) Phone CRA and ask them when you could have the RC62
2) If you receive interest income from bank accounts, then you need T5 from them.
