Spouse sponsorship

i sponsored my wife for Canadian citizenship at that time i was in Canada but due to my brother's death i left Canada in 2006, my wife got landing paper & visa in 2008 but due to some reason my wife did not travel to Canada and her visa expired and i am still in Pakistan working for engineering company. i want to re-open her case i don't know what to do next , does any one knows about it?

You didn't sponsored her for citizenship. You sponsored her for permanent residency. Anyways, you would have to sponsor her from scratch.
