Hello I need to know the ways i could sponsor my brother to Saskatchewan through any program. He lives in Mumbai, India, 28, a BCOM graduate and has been working in an International call center as a customer service rep. since 9 years I am a new PR and i got my PR through in-canada class spouse sponsorship and my husband and I both work here. I need ways and ideas i could sponsor my brother. Also he got sent back from the US airport in 2016 trying to visit again too soon for the second time due to strict rules and his tourist visa got canceled.. would that make an impact on any of his immigration process here ?

You can only nominate your brother for Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program. He has to qualify for PR on his own merits.
