I am a Canadian born Citizen living in Canada. My wife is a Filipina. I wish to go through the spousal sponsorship process to bring her to Canada. However, she is taking a work contract in Hong Kong for two years, Can she do her end of the paperwork through Hong Kong or does she have to do it in the Philippines?
