good morning
i had a pr and my husband too
we r not at canada coz our child dont have pr yet
my husband is leaving to canada with in tow weeks to apply to sponsor our kid
he also have an interview for a fellowship * he is a surgeon*
can he apply for the sponsorship just when he reach canada and befor getting any job
he will live with his uncle who is very respected in canada

Yes - he can apply to sponsor your child as soon as he arrives in Canada (before he has a job) provided he meet the residency requirement.

yey.. ,, I found an answer to my query.. I will land next year and planning to sponsor my kids ( non accompanying in my application) the next day after my landing ...
