Someone please help me with their guide.

Is it possible to get offer of admission to M.Eng in ECE with a CGPA as low as 2.66 in the scale of 4?
Can anyone suggest universities those are accepting student with level of BSc. result?
I'm so much frustrated as my visa application got refused recently.

I think your marks are too low for a Masters. I think you'll need to go for a PGWP instead.

No university out there that accepts student with such result?
And how can get PGWP if I don't have any degree from Canadian instatute?

Sorry - I mistyped. I meant that you should take a PGD instead (i.e. post graduate diploma).

But chances are very low to get study permit with PGD. VOs just don't like PGD. That's what I've heard.
I disagree - there are plenty of people here who have been approved for a study permit for a PGD. You just have to make sure that what you pick makes sense in light of your previous education and any work experience.

Low marks do great a bit of an issue however since this can make CIC concerned you aren't a serious/genuine student. I may want to consider explaining the reasons for your low marks when you apply.
