Thank you for your reply.

I have completed my bachelor of computer engineering in India (4 Years Program - Graduated in June 2012) and Computer Systems Technician Software Support in Canada (2 Years Program - Graduated in Dec 2015).

I have 1+ year experience in IT field As well as I have worked as Sandwich Artist / Shift Supervisor in Subway Restaurant for more than 2 years.
I have just recently moved from Ontario to Regina, Saskatchewan for my employment offer SINP.

Did Saskatchewan government believe u have studies and worked in the field of IT and then later worked in the restaurant. did it ask you to provide letter of resignation and other docs related to this matter?

can anyone help me which forms that I have to fill in and submit for the application of SINP under employment offer category? Many thanks!

Hi applesweet,

It really don't matter and SINP will not ask me anything about me. Under employment offer category, it says have at least one-year work experience in the past ten years in your intended occupation. for example, If I have one year software developer experience in past ten years anywhere in the world and I got job in same category means software developer in Saskatchewan then I am ale to put file in this category. Same as if I have experience in supervisor then I am also able to put file under supervisor from any supervisor.

So that's why I am looking for full-time job to put file under employment offer.

I am working in a bank and as a part-time cook( 30hrs/ week) for a year at the same time. now I get a job offer of being a cook at Saskatchewan. I'm afraid they don't believe me. actually, I'm one of the shareholders in my restaurant.

If you are working full-time as a cook from 1 year then you can get a job offer as a cook for SINP because Cook is in NOC level "B".

If you have gotten nomination under job offer, it will be employment restricted meaning you have to keep working under the company that have issued your job offer to SINP. And if you were to quit that job, then your nomination is invalid and you'll have to inform SINP that you're not working for that company anymore.

You can switch to different employer if they are willing to support you for SINP.
