DEAR Stara Haider,
I would like to say that i received email from CHC that CIC is working closely to manage arrivals in
Canada,so that we meet but do not exceed the immigration plan set by parliament last fall for 2011.Until
we receive further instruction from parliament. What does these sentences mean?
Furthermore, i would like to say that i am Feb 2007 applicant. My job n o c is 1236. Custoem clearance.

It clearly showing that people are feeling difficulties in applying for immigration, therefore Canadians authorities should make changes and relaxations in their immigration process,at present it is simply impossible for a person to apply for immigration who is not having any relative in Canada.
Even a person having Master Degree,IELTS 7.0 SCORE,Experience of 20 years, even then he will need score 0f 5 points due to his relative for compliance of 67 marks.

Hi Akrumm66,
I agree with you. People are finding it difficult to apply

1) It is not easy to even accumulate the funds,
2) Points like you have mentioned also,
3) The NOC codes also is a problem.

When the new rules will come out it will even be more difficult. After looking at the suggested changes, it will be much more difficult. If they increase the experience years, and reduce the age and also increase language points, then the young people may qualify for points, but will be lacking the experience and the funds.

Lets wait and see.

I sent mail to Minister for Immigration and I received following reply

This is in reply to your correspondence dated __________addressed to the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism, concerning the status of your application for permanent residence (APR) under the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) Program.
We appreciate your wish to become a permanent resident of Canada as soon as possible. Our records indicate that your FSW application was received at the Canadian High Commission in Islamabad in June 2009.
As you may be aware, as of April 1, 2010, APRs under the economic categories for citizens or residents of Pakistan will be processed by our visa office in London, including applications under the FSW Program. The file transfer of existing permanent residence applications under the economic categories is currently underway and is an ongoing process.
Our records further confirm that your APR was received at the London office in June 2010. Visa officials have also received your request to expedite this case based on your humanitarian and compassionate concerns. Please be assured that you will be contacted by visa officers in London as soon as they have completed a review of your case to determine if additional information, documentation or a personal interview is required.
Updated information on processing times can be found at: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm-ec.asp.
I hope that this information is of assistance.
