I am having some bad situations. I sent money to my supplier who is in canada but they didn't send stuff.can you please advise me can I apply asylum behalf of this situation?
No that is not a reason for asylum. To claim asylum your life must be threatened either due to war or persecution. Your case is a civil matter. You can try to hire a lawyer to try to recoup your money but that is it.
