What does a revocation of PR status by IRCC means? Is it a removal order by itself once it's issued by IRCC or it's directed to some other department or the agency of the Government to actually turn revocation decision into a removal order and can it be subject to appeal or challenged in the court?
What's is a difference between revocation because of not meeting Residency Obligation and revocation due to criminality or misrepresentation in the PRC renewal application and how do they differ in their implications and ultimate consequences?
