Renting apartment in Canada from USA

Is it possible to rent an apartment in Canada from USA? We are planning to move to Canada in May and would like to have a house ready when we land.

We are new immigrants to Canada.

Sure. However, I would suggest you to do some research (such as the neighborhood) before entering any rental agreement.

You may want to consider doing research about neighbourhoods in the city you are moving to. Also, I would highly recommend hiring a Realtor. Most Realtors, like me, do not charge tenants for their service (landlord pays our fees). My professional service is of no charge to you. We can offer insight and help through this process.
