My kid ( holding US Passport) visitor record expired in May 2016. At that time we stayed in Manitoba, and in the process of PR application. I totally forgot the expired date. In July, I lost my temporary residence status in Canada and planed to go back my home country immediately. At that time, I finally realized my kid already overstayed in Canada for 60 days. I don't know how to fix it and we just left Canada quickly.
Now kid and I live in my home coutry, and still in the process of PR application. Recently I wanna apply for a visit visa and bring her back to Canada. Just realize what a horrible mistake I made last year, feel extremely sorry for my ignorance. My little girl really like Canada and wanna be back.
Is there anyone knows if this could be fixed before re-enter into Canada? and will both of us face the situation that can not go back Canada?
Really thank you for sharing your opinion
