hello folks, we were served a procedural fairness letter 2 weeks ago and send back our explanation letter the following day. we got a procedural fairness for misrepresentation and non disclosure of information. does anyone has any idea how long the Pretoria office can take to process these kind of applications?

There's no set processing time for procedural fairness. It could take anywhere from a few weeks to a number of months.
