Hi I'm a PR since 2014 and right now I'm a full time employee. Ive got an opportunity to work as a contractor for a US firm in the US. Ive got some questions and hope someone can help me to answer.

1. I would like to know what kind of us Visa do I need? I can't apply for tn right?

2. I'm currently holding a B1 visa. Can I set up an incorporation in Canada and sign the contract with that US firm then send myself to US on behalf of my company to provide expert service on B1? I will only work in US on a two weeks in and two weeks out basis. I'll get the paid from my own Canada company.

3. What's the best way to avoid the tax legally?

4. Is there a firm providing this sort of service like employ a people in Canada and send them to US to work and take care of the legal and tax issues as long as the people can find his own contract? I live in Alberta.

5. If I stay half year in Canada, it won't impact my PR statue, correct?

Thank you very much in ahead. If you have a lawyer friend, please don't hesitate to refer me. I'm sincerely seeking help here.
