PR Card Renewal Online Status

Hi salman,

Make sure you are checking ecas correctly ....

Choose "Client ID Number" from the "Identification Type" drop down list and enter your 8 digit client id number (with no spaces and -) in "Identification Type", enter all the other info and see of you can get any result.

If not then you will have to call CIC to find out if they did receive your application.

This is unfortunate but call CIC and check with them because they have already processed PR application received until 25th Nov.

My application sent on 9th Sept 2013
they have started processing my application on Oct 27th 2013
it's been over a 2.5 months there is no decision made on my application.
I have called cic agent today to verify the status of my application, and asusual i have got the very cold answer from the agent, there is no decision made on your application, kindly contact us if you don't hear anything before 25th FEb 2014... the total processing time on CIC websites is 89 days i am way over the 89 days, from the date i have filed the application.
Please help me what should be the outcome

Did you receive your PR CARD ? If not please update the thread when you receive it. I am still waiting for mine, call center agent says it is still in production.

Thanks for asking.
No I didn't receive it. I think I will get it towards the end of Feb since they approved mine on Jan 6th.

I will let post here as soon as I get it.

My current PR card expires end of March so I am not concerned. I am sure it will come before end of March.

My ecas status is now "COMPLETE", it seems like the PR CARD has been mailed out by CIC.

There is no decision made on my PR renewal, i applied on Sep-2013 and they started processing my application on 27th October 2013, today again i phoned cic-call center and requesting why it is causing delay on my application, and agent told me that there is no delay on your application they are verifying the documents, it could be tomorrow it could be a month you will get your PR Card, keep in mind that your application is not delayed. there are doing there verification, i don't know what to say ? please help.

I just received my PR card in the mail. It took about 2 months. I live in Toronto.

My card was received Nov 25, 2013, Processing started Dec 30, 2013, Approved, Jan 6, 2014 and received in the mail Jan 23, 2014
