Please I'm gathering my documents for the ircc application. I'm a provincial nominee whose expected to complete his application through paper based application. My occupation belongs to NOC A , do I need to submit my language test results in my application, as it is clearly stated in documents checklist that it is only semi-lower skilled or lower (NOC C and D) are to submit a copy? Must have to send. Otherwise, after 2-3 months the Application will return.

Hey Auxin, I'm a MPNP applicant from July 2014, and got nominated in December 2016, due to which my IELTS expired, I belong to NOC class O and was confused about the same issue so I asked my aunt who lives in Canada to ask IRCC. They told her that I have to submit a valid IELTS test result, hence I retook the test and submitted along with the application. So you have to give it or they'll return or delay your application.

Must have to send. Otherwise, after 2-3 months the Application will return.

You don't have to. I haven't sent mine. I got my AoR.

It's only mandatory for the applicants whose job fall under NOC C & D

I am just going to finish by 1 year on 20th sept 2017 in Manitoba as per the employment letter by my employer. Is that okay to apply EOI on 20th as It will be exact one year or should I wait for couple of days past year to apply?

I moved from Toronto so need to work 1 year in Manitoba. No draw yet declared by Manitoba Govt. Hoping if I apply on 20th I will be in next draw without any delay.

Whay is your review on this situation guys??

Yes. The rule is :-
"If IELTS was received with Provincial Application then it would have to be done with Federal Application."
Ex. :- Alberta doesn't need ielts for its Provincial program. So AINP applicants don't send IELTS with their PR paper application.

Could be. OINP didn't asked for mine, neither CIC.
