PNP Applicants Received IELTS Fairness letter from Visa Office

Any One applied to london Visa office as provincial nominee received Fairness letter regarding insufficient IELTS please update if any one have idea how to reply a Fairness letter related to IELTS.

Dear All,

After Receiving AOR, I received a IELTS fairness letter from London Visa Office that my Language abilities are not sufficient against my NOC 0631. My Submitted IELTS results were Listening 5, Reading 5, Writing 5 & Speaking 5.5, Overall 5.0. They given a 90 days time period to me for explanation. ( Time ends on 3rd September )

I have retaken the IELTS exam. Now my updated results is following. please suggest if now bands are sufficient. I am going to submit my updated result .

Listening 6, Reading 5.5, Writing 6.5 & Speaking 6.0, Overall 6.0.

Note: My case submitted in Oct 2014 without Express Entry & i am a PNP applicant nominated in SINP.

Other people have reported the same. Low IELTS enough for SINP, but Visa Office.

I remember the case of a teacher with a 4 overall IELTS, she was refused by CIC based on this.

Australia has the same issue, the provinces require 6 for IELTS, but the Government requires 7 in each band
the difference with Canada, is that they don't accept your application without 7.

That's the reason why I applied to Saskatchewan, I never reached the yearn 7.

I can see now your ECAS in process, how you respond to the Procedural Fairness letter, Response was through Case Specific inquiry of via MYCIC account?

My lawyer submitted the answer to visa office via email & fax. ( directly to visa officer )

Hi i get now the same thing how did you manage to fix the possible refusal,the letter sent to me was also send to manitoba

May i know how did you manage to appeal for the said fairness letter from LVO
CAUSE i received also NOC B food service supv my clb 6 but only clb 5 in writing but noc b required clb 5 only

Be careful when you will be visiting Vfs Global Pakistan

Dear Vfs Global

On Friday 11-May-2018, I visited Vfs Global Karachi to collect my transmitted (PNP Paper based) passport around 1:15 PM .

As per given security protocol, I submitted my cell phone at cell phone counter and Unfortunately when I returned back my cell phone from counter , I felt something wrong with my cell phone especially in SD card and all indications were confirming me that there were something wrong with memory card when I started investigating it at my end I had known that my memory card had been replaced with fresh one with same featured and size.

I intimated it to official who were available at Vfs KArachi (Canadian Branch) but Unfortunately I was unable to get result oriented outcome.

Finally, It is not matter of memory card's cost or quality, it is matter of my belonging in term of data , files ,pictures and others, Kindly investigate it at your side/level and I am also going to complain it at IRCC .

It would be grateful, if you could return my own memory card as early as possible basis.
