Please help Tourist visa for my mother

Hello guys.Need urgent answers to the ff.questions.
1.can my mother use bank statement of her money in the philippines as proof that she has money when she visits us in canada?
2.when i tried doing the online application for her one question was about her duration of visit in canada.would that mean i have to buy her ticket before the online application so i could fill up d details?
3.is it really ok that i do the online application for her since she is old and it is to stressful for her to do paper application

Don't buy any tickets until you get the visa!

1- yes use her Philipino bank account.

You can do it online processing or through Visa Application Centre like VFS if there is any,You can write a Sponsor Letter for your Mother it will be more helpful and increase chances of getting visa,but it is not guranteed that you will get Visa,but it will help alot.
