Dear i want to enquire that if someone stays for more than 6 months in usa do he requires pcc from America.

And one of my friend was on student visa for 2 years in canada do he requires pcc from canada

Yes, FBI and any state that they resided in for 6 months or more

No, unless CHC requests it.

I stayed in USA for 9 months, but with a vacation of 3 weeks in between. I stayed initially for 4 months, went on for vacation for 3 weeks and later stayed for 5 months. Do I still need to get a PCC from USA? I am applying for Canada PR through Canadian Experience Class category.

yes u need fbi clearance certicate. i was in usa for 3 months and i dint keep the pcc in initial application, but recently they ask me to submit the pcc from fbi
