I am very confused looking at the VAC site for passport delivery. I would be sending the documents, fees and passport to the New York VAC office. But things are not really clear by looking at their website. Could you please help me in understanding all the steps I need to take and the documents I need to send, along with what fees I need to pay. All these things are very confusing when I look at the VAC website. Please help.
