It is closer to two years so I would select 2 years.

Hello, Need to ask you something regarding work experience count? If you could help ? Basically I was a full time student in Uk from year 2013 - 2016, and during that time i was working there part time during my term time and was working full time in holidays. i am not sure how to calculate that time period in terms of work hours . Do you have any idea ?

Well usually part time experience is counted as follows:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who.asp

However, it looks like you cannot count part time experience that occurred while studying full time

I have the same issue and I have seen so many threads from expert members stating that part time work can be counted provided that you can provide pay stubs(Salary Slips). Only issue with pay stub is on there uneven hours would be mentioned as in your case you were working 20 hours and sometimes during vacations working more than that. This could create a bit of confusion. Anyhow if you have applied now be positive and please share your experience on this forum.

I am afraid the software will let you input any incorrect data without stopping you. For instance you can enter your age incorrectly as 19 and the website won't stop you. Ultimately the immigration officer will review all the data and could reject the case if there is a mistake.

It is your decision. But i believe part time work cannot be counted if you were also studying full time at the same time. The official CIC answer:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=393&top=29

Also on this forum:
http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/part-time-experience-during-full-time-studies-is-acceptable.385086/

But as i have filled my application online it doesn't say anything i have mentioned everything i mean the dates from when i have studied and work date also provided.

Please refrain from misguiding people if you don't know the correct answer!!
Work experience while studying cannot be counted only if the student was in canada. Foreign work experience while studying can be counted. There are multiple threads regarding this.

Please Help. I recently done my WES. following is the details
Intermediate Examination Certificate = Secondary school diploma
Bachelor of Computer Science = Diploma (two years)

My question is in express entry what is my equivalency from following two

2) Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years

100% agree with you mate. Some people should stop misguiding the people. In one of the threads on this forum one applicant has got ITA on the basis of part time work. So all the mates who applied or want to apply on the basis of part time work should apply with confidence. Best wishes
