Order in which EE application is processed

Hello,
I was just wondering in what order our ee application is processed? Is there a linear processing flow or everything / some sections are processed simultaneously? I have heard that they process BG check at last and I have been asked to provide Canada PCC again ( based on fingerprints), so does it mean my other dicuments have been processed and found okay?

Just a guess but probably only the visa officer and CIC will know what order they process applications so you would need them to answer what their internal processing guidelines. Could even be random although expect the first check is for completeness that all documents have been submitted before any details are assessed.
