Online Visitor Visa (TRV) from Accra Visa Office - How long?

Hi All

Has anyone applied for a temporary resident visa (TRV) or Visitor's visa from the Accra office via the Online Application? I didn't choose to go via the VFS/VAC and it's been 45 days although the processing time says 35 days. I got an email after one month that my application hadn't been updated. I had planned to be there during Easter but that's obviously not happening. What are your experiences?

I applied for a TRV for my mom on 25th Feb via Online through the Accra VO and haven't heard anything either. I also got the email in a month that my application has not been updated. I wonder what causing the delay. Please post here if u get any updates on your application.

Urgent help needed!!!
Incase the office demands for more documents to prove a marriage is genuine, is it advisable to mail or go there personally?
And if by mail, which address should it be mailed to? Thanks
