Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
I land in two weeks in Ontario, I am not clear as to whether I need to wait three months to apply for a health card or I can apply right away and I will be issued the card in three months.

You can apply at a Service Ontario location anytime during the first 3 months, once you have a required proof of residency from their list of accepted documents.

There is no advantage to apply early, as you won't get coverage anyways until 3 months waiting period is over.

Also in my experience, some of the proofs of residence need to be at least 1 month old, like a bank statement. I think a lease agreement would be accepted though, and it's also possible to get an Ontario driver's licence or photo ID within 2 weeks (I know it currently states the photo ID would take 4-6 weeks, but it arrived in 2 weeks for a relative).
