Hi there!! my consultant told me ther is no problem if you are putting file for different regions..!! I have also put file for quebec last july..but i'm not gonna pass french B2 Level exam. I am sure my file would reject. And that's why i am thinking about to put file for nova scotia.

My file also rejected from Quebec. Now i am taking plan to apply Nova Schotia program. but i am worried about CAP. I followed blog and found each NOC has only 150. God knows, can i apply within this cap or not !!!

I already applied for FSWP for NOC 0211 and I couldn't catch the CAP. I have two years experience in NOC 2147. Can I apply for NSPN for this code or not?
I mean can I apply for another NOC because I have experience in two fields?

Hi,

I asked the office in Nova Scotia, they only accept 150 for this stream. Not each job but for this Stream, so they will need to choose. so far they received 75 applications per day since it was opened Last March o6,2014.

can you give me the reason , why your application for NSNP was rejected earlier ?
A few pointers to keep in mind while applying will be deeply appreciated.

Great work u guys doing here, I will like to make some comments concerning the cap issue NSNP does not run cap system but operate and nominate based on their visa quota from cic
for 2013 quota it was 500 but when they requested for more they got 200 making 700. There are very good possibilities that they will get extra quota this year.
I applied last year for the community identified stream but was rejected Co's I lack strong connections like a relative or lived in d province for a period of time.
Though was told this new stream will replace d CI and I might qualify under it.
what to expect:
*U will get AOR in About 4weeks or more depending on d volume they are handling
*decisions will be made in 3 to 6months but could be more because of d rush now
If you are missing a document or have supporting Docs to add please wait for ur AOR then u can email it with ur file no.
Trust me if NSNP need additional information they will email you, stop sending unnecessary emails and calls it will slow ur case file.

All you need to show is commitment to stay in d province even if u didn't get nomination this year but qualified u"ll be on the queue for next year so don't panic, they will definitely announce changes or closing date on their website.

I will comment on d issue of running two pnp application at a time, u can try especially d Quebec guys if u don't have a file no or no aor because technically u are not on their database for nomination yet.
If you applied for fswp and got rejection u can apply too but state in ur application why u choose d original province and why u now consider Nova Scotia such as :ur noc had a good job prospect to start working in less than 6months than d former province.

I will say dismiss the claim of 150 cap is not official just insinuations go ahead and apply

No...I called NSNP and they confirmed that they are issuing only 150 nominations for now. Please be clear here, its not first 150 applications...its 150 nominations.So, basically everyone has a chance till that 150 cap has reached...Good Luck to all.

Is there any other better or best programme for nurses to canada with out french.

No fees for NSNP step
first fee for CIC step = 550 for each adult and 150 for each dependent child
second fee for PR visa = 490 for each adult
all other fees depend on your documents, translation, medical, assessment ... etc
