Non accompanying child's medical

Good day all,
Long story short; this is the third time that the cic request for my kids medical but my ex wife doest want them to get their medical and she has the full custody of our children.I already send my divorce letter and affidavits stating that I am aware that I cannot sponsor my children in the future..I also send proof of our conversation that she really doesn't want my kids to get their medical. The only different on the last email from cic is they send me a letter that I need to sign and get notarized but my agent told me that even though I signed it my application will be refused.please if you have the same situation maybe you can help me on what kind of proof do I still need to provide ?thanks

IRCC doesn't like excluding dependent children, so they can make people really jump through hoops to include kids. If you fill out the form they sent, your app should be processed as usual.

No, your application should not be refused.

Yes, many people have had apps approved with excluded children.

Do you have any idea what kind of proof do they still need? Cause they are still asking for more?and gave me another 30 days ?

Did he submitted any declaration form or letter from a lawyer that his wife is not cooperative in the process of PR? And may I know if you know how many months he waited for CIC response and when did he landed? Thank you much
