NOC email not working again

Hi everyone

So I wrote to these three email addresses inquiring about the NOC code for a job and none of them seem to be working.
The NC-NOC-CNP-GD@hrsdc-rhdcc.gc.ca one was delivered but I got an automatic reply saying that the email address was no longer monitored.
The NC-NOC-CNP-GD2@hrsdc-rhdcc.gc.ca one was undeliverable.
The noc@workingincanada.gc.ca one bounced back after two days.
According to the message, the emails I sent were rejected for 'policy or security reasons'. Does anyone have an idea why this is? Is there another email I can use?

Hi Buddy.
Did they reply you with the corresponding NOC number?
I tried it but they reverted back with a very standard email suggesting its the responsibility of the candidate to select the NOC.
