No updates on medicals since 2 months of applying

Hi all,
I applied for study permit on 16/08/2017 for my studies early January next year and have not had any update yet.
Today is exactly two months since I applied.
In the column showing the medicals it reads:
Review of medical results: You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.
My worry is, for two months now, I have not received any update regarding medicals.
Does that means I am likely not go through the medicals.

Same here, I applied from Amman with upfront medical examination. So worried!
