Hi All,

I have created this group to share timelines and updates of people waiting for PPR from Delhi VO,

As per the current situation Delhi VO started working on changing the status of applicants to Decision made , and so far for those who got their status change to Decision made in ECAS are those whose file was received by CIC last Jan 2016 .

Kindly share recent updates from CIC regard to PPR

Good to hear that news.
My file was recieved by cic on 11th feb 2016. My ecas shows "in progress". Can you please give more information of your friends files who got decision made status. What is their time line?

Hi Jiten,

Most of the applicants whom I know changed to Decision made are those whose file was received by CIC on Jan 2016,

But I knw people whose file was recived by CIC on Dec 2015 which still shows In process

Yesterday the 9th of Feb 2017 , one person's status changed to decision made Delhi VO, who has received their file num in November 2016,

This is what confuses all, not sure in which order CIC is processing files now.

Any recent updates kindly share experience guys

Thats a great news to hear. My file was recieved on feb 11th 2016. I wish they change my status to decision made soon and all the other friends who are waiting for a good news..

We received your application for permanent residence on May 2016.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 2016.
We started processing your application on October 2016.
Medical results have been received.

Actually I want to ask a question that many of the people found a point about their application that WE STARTED PROCESSING OF YOUR APPLICATION ON DATED .....

But in my ecas system the above mentioned three points are appearing, means the other point which states the date of processing started is not there. Is this normal???

However in MYCIC account it is showing that review of medical results passed & Background checks not started yet.

Please revert...

Hi Sunny,

That's fine , I guess ur landing fees was asked along with Medical , if so that might be once reason and as far as GCKEY shows your correct status there is nothing to worry about

Yes dear the landing fee was asked and the same has been paid & the receipt of the same is also provided to the authorities in the return mail.

I guess that might be a reason why the third line was not being updated in ur ECAS, for myself and people I know Landing fees was requested before medical was requested and the third line appeared on the same day for eg: my landing fees was requested on 22 Sep , ECAS was showing status 'we started processing ur file on 22nd of Sep', since they requested both Medical and landing fees together for you, that might be the reason it only shows medical received status, so nothing to worry about.

In order to know if the landing fees is received by CIC, try to check the ECAS status by using the receipt number of the landing fees, if you were able to check the status that means you're fees are well received by them.
