Need an advise please ... withdrawal request effect

Hi I have a question due to my spouse pr application
... my husband sponsored me under sponsorship family class outside Canada and application still in process

Question is
1. Between the time me and my husband have a problem due to our relationship. I was very angry and I summitted my withdraw letter with kind of not a good speech about the breaking down to IRCC and after that CIC sent letter to my husband that I requested for the withdrawal and if he want to active the withdraw sign and send the letter back but if he doesn't want to active it then don't do anything and CIC will keep processing an application. Now it still in processing.
After that we get back together again and resolved our problem. We save our marriage and want to start our family life together.

I want to know that the withdrawal requested I sent before will effect to my application decision or anything? Or what I need to do?

U can write a letter to case processing center explain them everything and request them to reinstante your application. They will do.
