In my Passport my complete name is mentioned in " Given Name" and nothing is mentioned in first name. Though I went to US once, however it seems that error was overlooked by consulate at that time
and I was issued a B1/2 visa.
Now I am planning to apply for EE. I have below questions:-
1- As all my docs (educational/ finances) have name as First name - Max Last Name - Pandey, however my passport is not having first name at all. Will that be an issue. As this was a mistake made by passport office at that time I never checked it until recently.
2- Currently I am based out of Bangalore; however my passport is from Lucknow. Do I need to get this amended (If required) from Lucknow PSK or I can get this done in Bangalore.
3- If I do not get the issue corrected, can this lead to a document mismatch?
If someone who have faced the similar situation, please help.
