MSP enrolment

Hi All,

I applied for MSP for both myself and my husband a month ago on Oct 21 and I recently received a letter from Health insurance BC about the completion of my MSP enrolment. On the letter, it said to complete MSP enrolment, I need to apply for a photo BC services card at the ICBC DLO. It also mentioned that I should not visit the ICBC DLO earlier than one month before coverage effective date indicated above (but there's no coverage effective date indicated on the letter). Does anyone receive similar letter? Should I go or should I not go to apply for a BC service card now? Thank you very much!

First thing you can do is to give them a call to clarify your situation. It might take about 30 minutes to an hour on the phone, but you will certainly get your answers.
