I have some question regarding IELTS Result.

I have Province Nominee and now have to fill out Application Forms for applying to PR.

Since what date CIC does consider IELTS 2 year's validation? Since the date I've submitted to MPNP or the date I send required forms to CIC?

and we've dispatched the papers on 02.04.2017, till now we haven't received any confirmation from them that they have recd the application,
how much time they will take to open the application, and what is the complete process time?

Per MPNP: You must calculate the total amount of full years of work experience you have completed over the last 5 years prior to the date you are submitting EOI.

How do I compute my work experience? I submitted my EOI Mar 1, 2017.

Previous Company 1: Feb 2012 - Jan 2017 (4 yrs 11 months)
Current Company: Jan 2017 - Present (2 months prior to date of EOI submission)

I stated 5 yrs experience but I am afraid my application might be rejected because my current work is less than 6 months only. I knew someone was rejected due to the same reason. Do I update my EOI now and change it to 4 yrs work experience only? Anyway the score will just be the same regardless if I select 4 or 5 yrs. Please share your thoughts. Thank You

Changes will take effect on 1 April 2017

1. 500$ non refundable fee.
2. 99% of people will receive Invitation to Apply only if they have Job offer, others will not be qualified.

As far as I read these are the changes.

Yes you are right, as per mpnp rule..if your work experience is 4 years 11 months, then you have to select 4 years in your eoi application, if you have selected 5 years, I suggest you to change it, as you can update your eoi any time..i believe you only got the confirmation email till today..am i correct?? If not may i know the status of your file please?
